This 19th century replica Mill House is built to 1/4 scale. It fits with the 36" Water Wheel kit. It is made from Western Red Cedar. The cedar will last years without having to be treated. The roof lifts off for access to the plumbing that supplies water to the trough for the Water Wheel. The plumbing is supplied for easy connection to your ponds pump and a bypass pipe. A valve is included for regulating the amount of water that goes to the Water Wheel, thus regulating the speed that it turns. The Water Wheel may be mounted on the left or right of the building. The building comes as a kit that is easily assembled in approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
