SHIPPING & HANDLING
WoodTech World will make every attempt to notify each customer of their expected shipping date for each order. This notification will normally occur via E-mail within 72 hours of the date the order is received. In stock items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. WoodTech World will promptly advise the customer via E-mail if and when an order is delayed for any reason.
WARRANTY INFORMATION

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the product quality, material, or workmanship, you may return the product in an unused condition, in the original packaging, freight prepaid within 7 days of initial receipt. Before returning any item, obtain an Authorization Number by E-mail at orders@woodtechworld.com , stating the reason for requesting to return an item. The Authorization Number must appear on all packages and related documents. Any return without a valid Authorization Number will be refused. All authorized returns will be fully credited to the customer’s credit card, or refunded in cash if payment was by check. Please Note: This satisfaction guarantee applies only to defects in material or workmanship.
FREIGHT LOSS/DAMAGES
WoodTech World insures all shipments with the freight carrier and will replace items damaged or missing during shipment. Damages due to shipping while in possession of the freight carrier must be claimed thru WoodTech World by E-mail notification at orders@woodtechworld.com . If any cartons are damaged or parts are missing, be sure to bring this to the attention of the freight delivery driver. If you notice concealed damaged after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage.
SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS
If special custom design work is ordered, an illustration proof will be provided prior to full production and shipping. The customer must provide authorization of the product design before full production begins. Once this authorization is provided, the product design, quality, material and workmanship is considered satisfactory to the customer.
ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
WoodTech Gifts products carry a one year warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages due to improper use or abusive product handling.
